Supposedly, but I think her "support" for remain is a falsehood as she desperately wants Leave to win to trigger another Scottish referendum, but is too clever to be seen supporting Leave. She's manipulative. She's female

Why do the Remainers keep bringing up the fact that migration has gone up in Australia using the points based system as if that means we can't use a similar system to control our immigration? It shows a remarkable naivety and lack of intelligence not to realise that each nation can set it's parameters according to it's current needs. Obviously Australia have a need to increase their population, but with desirable candidates, not every tom, dick or harry...or more likely fritz, pierre or diego that turns up fancying the aussie lifestyle but with no skills or grasp of english. Amber Rudd did it again last night and looked triumphant as she delivered the news..... We will use Australia's system, but set our own parameters to cater for our needs. Also her attack on Boris was pathetic too, which damaged her and the Remain camp more than Boris!

Perhaps they should then say that 'we will have a points style system, but one that is different to the Australian one' rather than 'like the Australian one' just to make it crystal clear.

So that's 3 leaders of the UK's largest political parties all now supporting Remain when in reality they would be for Brexit. They are all playing politics and couldn't give a fcuk about what is right and good for the UK. It's all about them and what is good for them. People are waking up and smelling the coffee, that is why the polls are changing to show support increasing for leave.... no believes Cameron, Corbyn or Sturgeon.
People will just bpttle it on the day and moan like hell in 5,10,15,20,40 years time? This is the message 'Leave' should be getting through. It is not for a short space of time but for generations.

Amber Rudd last night. Does she speak like that at home, to her husband? She talks like a judge sending down a despicable criminal for 25 years. I bet some on HOL find that quite a turn on. Overdid it on the 'FACT' this, 'FACT' that early on. It's only a fact someone has said they think something will happen, not a fact that it will.

Eddie Izzard on Question Time was totally embarrassing last night. What has any of that got to do with controlling migration? The remains and particularly Izzard reached a new low.

Question Time really should not have 'members of the public' or 'celebrities' on the panel. It demeans the shows content. Experts and politicians only please. The audience is made up of laymen, asking questions, why have a laymen trying to answer them.

A 'points' system rarely works, as the driver for migration is needs of the nation, not the 'value' of the applicant. If we're going to have a migration control system, we should devise and use our own, rather than co-opt one that's not actually very fit for purpose and try to adapt it. We should fix, for example, working migration to companies and charge them for use of external uk labour etc and tie the working visa to the duration of their work. The Australian points system is largely devised to fulfil a racist social agenda on immigration. If we're going to use working migrant labour, we should place the emphasis on the employer to pay, find and support their workers. This way we have direct control over migration prior to it reaching our borders.
