Then again, given the impact of US policy on the whole world that isn't strictly true is it? America sneezes etc. This is why Trump's job is so difficult and why the onus on him to behave in a responsible statesmanlike way is absolutely critical.

America owes the wider world nothing. Do you ask these things of China? Do you ask them of Russia? America has majority biological and cultural ties to Europe(which are reducing year on year), this is the only reason it has taken on vastly over responsible tasks like defending western Europe since WW2...over paying for the UN and so on. With the amount of hate the US receives from the usual percentage gang of 'useful idiots' that Europe contains I'm amazed that it's taken this long for a 'America first' president to emerge. Unless Trump isn't successful in closing the borders. I'm fairly certain he isn't going to be the last now. The only chance the current left have in the US is to change the citizen demographics to majority non European. Anyone looking at the statistical data sees that. They know it, the GOP know it.....well, they are beginning to understand it now. Edited by Stirlingsays (17 Jul 2018 6.08pm)

But to answer.....I subscribe to people like Tim Pool and DeFranco, I also suffer the Culturally Marxist BBC website..... so I don't just take in 'right wing news'. I bet I take in more centralist and left of centre news than you take in right wing actually. Edited by Stirlingsays (17 Jul 2018 6.06pm)

Especially in the area of work I find myself in. I’ve got friends that I’ve grown up with that do the FLA and Free Tommy meets. I’m closer to it all than you or most on here could imagine from my postings. That’s where I get my understanding of it all from. I come from it. But I’ve seen another way of thinking. And it makes more sense to me.

When I was a young man I was a Labour supporter. I think a lot of young people are. They know less about how the world works and they think everything is pliable and can be made better. As a grown man I've experienced a lot and grown to know human nature and seen what effects different types of politics have in the world and here. In recent years I've studied statistics about voting patterns and other behaviours and come to understand how it all fits together. I've settled on my worldview as the one that does the least damage, fits with human nature and meritocracy the best, whilst advancing my own culture and family.

Get a job mate As usual, not an argument.....nor as usual do you answer questions, despite your post contentions regularly being answered. I have an income that's considerably more than what it was during teaching with far less hours. So I'm doing alright. You carry on.

Edited by Stirlingsays (17 Jul 2018 6.08pm) Come on mate, are you really suggesting that China and Russia have the same impact on our world as the US? They are important; but, even when combined, still not as important as America. NATO, leaders of our foreign policy, a fifth of our trade, western economies attached to US economic cycles...

I fail to see that because a country makes itself a successful economy that this means that others expect it to provide for global services and protection for them. China is actually the world's second biggest economy by GDP....projected to be the first sometime this century....I'll say it again.....where's the hand outs from China? China does whatever the feck it wants and has cities with so much pollution that you can't see the sun and it has freely running polluted red rivers.....yet its President wasn't greeted by twenty thousand 'useful idiots' in London was it. Life teaches you that anything given for free is eventually taken for granted and is soon rewarded with contempt by a percent. Europe is run by short term and short sighted politicians and institutions.
