My grandad did help defeat them in 1945. That is my only connection.

Likewise, unfortunately my grandfather never made it back, so my dad left school at 14 to financially support his 4 younger siblings. Grandfather is buried near Naples haven’t visited his grave as it is advised not to go there due to amount of muggings. You have to wonder whether the sacrifice was worth it

Which is really the point of it. Why are people not allowed to voice anything other than positivity towards BLM and accepting their narrative as the only one?

My Grandfather was Desert Rat and then in Italy but survived. I have been thinking the same - this lot weren't worth saving. Red and Blue Army!
