just trying to carry on my un-parrelled support for 1st team in this time of need fella.

if only everybody was this positive about the team it would be amazing.

if people are going to carry on being this negative, the silly little fans who have no idea, they may as well just go & buy a season ticket for the amex.

i suspect a lot of people supported charlton a few years ago & decided to support palace 5 years ago to follow PL football

no room for silly billy not moving with the times negativity here...move along, nothing to see here.

There's obviously quite a lot to see, hence why veteran fans, ex players and the media as well as facts and stats all add up to paint a pretty conclusive picture. It's the fans that are blind to it that are the real danger. Haplessly watching us sleep walk into relegation without demanding change in the areas that need it. We may be here to support our club and we do ferociously. But it's also our job to force action where and when it is needed.

you are of course correct in certain areas brent, and your view is more than valid when it comes to a choice in either wanting to buy a glenn murray or simon rodger (remember him?) shirt in the club shop!

however, most fans would be happy to support a goalkeeper who is playjng in front of a defence devoid of confidence, and hope their support brings better form, however the more negative fans dont really help matters, but actually breed comtempt.

we cant force action when the issue is confidence, its impossible to force confidence into a team...we just have to support to the hilt & hope for the best in the long term.

Man U - 7 shots on target, 4 goals

So he saved less than half the shots

Or are you going to claim that's a good record?

Lets compare it to the other keepers records against Man U at old Trafford.

Everton - 7 shots on target, 4 goals
West Han - 5 shots on target, 4 goals
Leicester - 7 shots on target, 2 goals

So out of 4 keepers, Wayne is in the middle, joint 2nd best with the Everton keeper, whole Joe Hart was worst.

So what was your point again?

Wayne is absolute cr@p.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.
