Really? I don't think I have ever called any individual such things. What I have said, and what I believe is true, is that such sentiment can be found in these threads.

US deaths set to soar from a few thousand to between Without intervention, US deaths predicted to have been This must factor in American healthcare. (Note that some don’t have any health insurance after being made redundant.) It must also factor in poor health due to bad diets and obesity. With a population of 330 million, deaths of 2 mil and a death rate of 6.5% is pretty significant and why the lockdown and economic shutdown. Trump wouldn’t do it without facing that. With intervention and deaths of 240,000 it’s a death rate of 0.75%.

With intervention and deaths of 240,000 it’s a death rate of 0.75%. Pence said today that the USA most resembled Italy in it's development of the epidemic. That's a worrying concept but it makes sense and is no wonder the administration's tone has altered so dramatically. It seems the absence of any kind of central control is setting up States as competitors for the supply of equipment, which looks to me to demonstrate a lack of planning and a slowness to come to terms with the realities. I also read yesterday that the obese represent a disproportionate number of those seriously ill. Which is logical as the obese often suffer from diabetes and respiratory problems. As the USA has had an obesity epidemic for years this must be a serious concern. We have elderly relatives living in California who I know are really very worried. When they were here earlier this year they were really impressed with the NHS, which they were forced to use during their stay. Their experience completely changed their minds about universal health care and maybe this pandemic might also change more minds in the USA. Not a priority of course at the moment.

Oh so because it was plural it didnt count. Do I really need to explain the difference between a general observation and a comment directed personally at one individual? If you called me anything, whether defined by Google or anyone else, it would be personal. If you said that there were "marxist communists" on this site it wouldn't be.

I have never known a poster on this site type out such utter disingenerous pin dancing waffle as this guy. We were all quite enjoying....if enjoying is the correct word the topic at hand....We should put some effort into ignoring this socially progressive three property owning landlord from Cornwall.
