Would be a great Palace manager but would we be prepared to pay up to of north 4m for a release clause. He's the only name that stands out, that genuinely could get us top 10. Also signed Benteke and Sakho both a Liverpool.

Edited by acepal (31 May 2017 9.51pm) Maybe Rodgers' arm isn't there to be bitten off. An Irish version of Pardew IMO. Who can forget how his foolhardy and cavalier tactics were blamed for Liverpool losing the title in 2014.

The word is "flaws" and having wound the clock back, or whatever Parish's words were when he appointed Allardyce, returning to a manager who overrates possession and is poser and narcissist hardly looks like a good fit for us.
