The missus just has to look in the prison records for hers. Ah, you mean she's Irish?

I am glad you enjoy it. I can assure you though we aren't the same person. I used to live in Wisbech but left in 2014. As you cannot change your Hol name I am stuck with it. I have often wondered who this fellow supporter really is and whether I ever met him. There are some very odd people there though. Of all the places I have lived in, and there have been quite a few, Wisbech had by far the greatest number of oddballs. I knew a pair of ladies who are identical twins, who dressed exactly the same so that it was impossible to tell them apart. One was married to a man 40 years older than her and the other to his son. They all lived under the same roof very happily. The son though wasn't a teacher, he hired out road building machines, so that doesn't explain anything. I once came across another Palace supporter there, much younger than me, wearing his replica shirt. We had a long and well informed chat about "our" team. He was a nice bloke. So that doesn't explain anything either. I can't wait for a "change your name" facility. I went to Wisbech grammar school and was never touched up as far as I can remember. Funny accents though.

I went to Wisbech grammar school and was never touched up as far as I can remember. Funny accents though. Maybe it was you I met then. Would have been 15 or so years ago though! Looking back on my own youth I now realise that I was being "groomed" by a scoutmaster (along with several other boys) and a very gay guy in our local park. How innocent we were back then but I am happy to say they never got anywhere and the Police put a stop to both of them with a few quiet words and implicit promises.

I must have left 30-40 years ago and have only ever passed through since. Of course, in the past you could sell up in London and get a much better deal in Wisbech - which used to be considered pretty nice. There are bound to be London folk there.

Untrue. This was a claim that some "weasels" were "pushing for acceptance" of behaviour previous generations would have gone to war over. Meaning, pretty obviously, the activities of the "grooming gangs". That's not MY claim. It isn't your's either. It's a new one from Stirlingsays and it's outrageous. It needs backing up or withdrawing.
I am tired of people excusing away the disaster this country is becoming for the previously existing population and its culture. Our way of life has already been swamped by this endless infection and people like you would prefer to bury their heads in the sand and pretend that nothing has changed. You divert from facing reality by squabbling about particular individuals or the details of our demise rather than face up to what is happening under our noses.

This has nothing to do with the "meaning of words" does it? It actually has nothing to do with anything in your response. The question was solely to request some justification for the claim that:- "This was a claim that "some "weasels" were "pushing for acceptance" of behaviour previous generations would have gone to war over. Meaning, pretty obviously, the activities of the "grooming gangs"." Which you have failed to provide in your attempt to swerve and divert the debate onto territory you feel more comfortable with by repeating your rhetoric. So we are still no further on, which leads me to the inevitable conclusion that the claim cannot be justified.

He was clear and yet you provide a word salad in response? He was clearly not answering the question! If the quote I referenced doesn't mean what I suggest it does then somebody ought to be able explain why, as the poster refuses to. If it does mean that then somebody ought to be able to provide some evidence of it being true. It's really not that complicated. Only one flavour of dressing in this salad. True or untrue?

It's reassuring to know that you have a mind, so thanks. I would not have guessed. I am in a cottage in Cornwall, with my dog at my feet. We will walk on the SW path later as it's a lovely day. My computer runs Windows 10 and I have a fast fibre connection. My wife is currently overseas with her family organising a house "blessing" for the home we have recently had built for them. I was with her until last week. She will be back here in August. I have 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. So turning a "blind eye" to anything which threatens them is very far from my agenda. Your persistent insults that simply because I try to support the professionals whose job it is to investigate crime means that I somehow support the criminals is just ridiculous. I want every criminal act detected and the perpetrators punished. There is a right way to do things and a wrong way. Vigilante action, or even threats of action, is the wrong way. We must work through the justice system, even it is slow, frustrating and occasionally flawed. You sound proper remain. Are you a retired art teacher?
