His views are clear, he has already posted here Israel should go back to the 1967 borders, what he really wants is no Israel at all, river to the sea etc just like Hamas

I am no apologist for Mr Emoji, but where has he said this?

And what is wrong with going back to the UN imposed and Western supported 67 borders?

I have just perused the following :

"An investigation was launched after activists beamed “From the river to the sea” onto the Elizabeth Tower, which houses Big Ben, on Wednesday night. The Metropolitan Police assessed the incident and found it did not constitute an offence"

There you have it - Genocidal messages can be beamed on to an iconic building and it is not an offence.
If the 'Far right' were beaming messages in such a manner thee would be a furore and it would NOT be tolerated.
Suella Braverman is correct, the Islamists, the extremists and the anti-Semites are in charge. They have bullied Labour, they have bullied our institutions, and now they have bullied our country into submission.

I have nothing further to add.I make rare forays onto the 'News and Politics' discussions, I will now turn my attention back to the 'Football' debates.

I agree a white supremacist would (ironically) have been tracked and charged had the image been a swastika.

However, I put this down to cock-up/public order concerns more than some broader conspiracy.

So you want a return to the 15th century?

How far are you prepared to let things go before you admit we have a problem?

Completely lefty boomer putting out establishment talking points talking up white threats while diminishing far larger ones.

These people deserve all the scorn that the present and the future has for them. A future they somewhat amusingly created and voted for themselves out of idealism....and I'm sorry but they were told just how stupid that idealism was back at the start.

No, I completely agree, all religions were and...outside of the first world, still are maintained by the sword. Only Islam still does that wide scale in the modern world however.

Not all religions are the same.

Name me the the modern Christian nation that was 99 percent Christian?

There aren't....So forgive me If I don't find this particular intervention somewhat annoying to have to make.

Very disappointing from The Speaker. What Far Right? Some idiot in his basement?

Tommy Robinson proved there is no threat from the Far Right when he lost his deposit in the European Elections. People in this country do not support extremism.

There will always be the odd nutter like the killer of Jo Cox
but there are far more serious threats from Islamic Extremists.

Sadly I think he has to go.

It’s amazing how much more impassioned people are about a protest, or parliamentary process, versus the massacre of 30000+ civilians.

Yeah, the fruitcake who murdered the lefty politician should be condemned, I'd agree with that.

I don't like Tommy Robinson much, probably for different reasons from you but to call him 'far right'? Do you actually know what Tommy Robinson believes? He believes the same stuff your parents probably believed. The only thing 'far right' about Tommy Robinson is that he wants Islam out of the country.....pretty much what most people around in 1970 wanted when this country was a far happier place.

He lost, because far too many people are 'go along to get along'. But at least he stood up and was talking about grooming gangs long long before the people who put him in jail did. He lost and thus so will yours and my grandchildren.

He's going to prison soon and and the Daily Mail and co can celebrate it until the next terror attack where everyone can shake their heads and talk about 'lone wolfs' and extremists while the next mosque gets built in their area.

Does any massacre or whatever you want to call it warrant death threats to our governments? How should that be dealt with?

I haven't met anyone who doesn't sympathise with Palestinians but it doesn't mean we have to just put up with threats and terror attacks.
Something for Britain to remember, despite no one seeming to know anything about it, is that the Arabs and the Jews both would not accept Britain's democratic mandate. Effectively ending any British responsibility towards them. Jews and Arabs were asked to live together 75 odd years ago. That they would rather kill the people who were and are asking them to accept peace, is hardly a major surprise.
The only complicity of Britain anymore is being a US lackey.

Politicians receive death threats and extreme pressure on all sorts of issues - it’s not remotely unique to this. Of course it’s not acceptable, but it’s also not unusual.

What do you reckon Sadiq Khan’s inbox looks like for most of the year?

It’s a simple observation that some people are much more worked up about the speaker’s stupidity than they are about the ongoing genocide.

I think the issue is - in answer to your last paragraph - is that the parliamentary mayhem affects us, the British electorate; the Gaza situation is not something which we have control over. If the UK government voted for an immediate ceasefire do you think that either the Israelis or the protesters would say “okay” and go home? Of course not, so why do we allow ourselves to be sucked into a debate that just causes further division within our multicultural society? We can be sympathetic to either or both sides in the conflict but it shouldn’t be taking up any time in our parliamentary process.

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

I don't think it's true that people haven't commented on nor care about what is happening in that land space.

Opinions about this are of course fine either way. However, personally I don't think a 'deaths threats' are just 'part and parcel' attitude is particularly healthy myself....then again these are the realities of mass immigration that most of these people voted for anyway.

However, the parliament is the voters, they pay for it. They pay the wages of those attending it. They have a say in who sits in it.

Hence it is far more their concern than what goes on between foreigners in the middle east. Events they can't affect anyway.
