Leicester take it to the final day Newcastle 0-0 FT. Leeds and foxes on 31 pts, Everton on 33. Is there a shock. Glad its not us. Me too,as had PV,not been sacked and replaced with a proper Manager,we would in all likelihood ,going through what the three bottom sides are going through now and probably relegated.

Personally I think all three will win on Sunday which therefore makes everton favs to stay up. As has been said already they could well be in the mix again next season along with NF/Bournemouth and the promoted teams.

I would have loved Everton to have gone down, but they have dodged it again by the looks of it. As for us, would big Pat have kept us up with the games that Roy had to take on, I doubt it? Something happened during that World Cup break, because from January onwards we were playing with the handbrake on.

If Leicester beat W.Ham at home and Everton fail to beat Bournemouth, Leicester will survive.

I think Leicester wil beat Wet Spam , last nights backs to the wall point will give them some grit for the last game . Everton without Calvert-Lewin are toothless and will struggle to see off Bournemouth (If they turn up) .Its still 50/50 for me Leeds need a miricle .

I think Everton are going to survive too much to my chagrin. However, there may still be a surprise.

Looking at the fixtures, I can't see Leeds surviving and (annoyingly) I think Everton will scrape enough points to stay up. Out of Forest and Leicester, the latter's fixtures look unlikely to yield many points. West Ham will stay up. So I'm going for Southampton, Leeds and Leicester for the drop, and gutted for a second year running that we didn't beat Everton to put them in the s***! The above was posted on 2 May. In the words of Zammo McGuire in 'Grange Hill': "Don't applaud; just throw money!".

Leicester were two points adrift of Everton at the end with a better goal difference. So they were relegated by Mateta’s 94th minute winner against them. That’s pretty unlucky - one of the very few times he has converted.
