I do find Gove, Johnson and Farage contemptable, and their reasons for brexit. If I choose to vote leave it will be for different reasons, as I've outlined earlier.

Do you know how I'm going to vote because I don't? Perhaps I should refer to you as mystic matt in future.

I hope, in reality, it's not just an attempt to destablise the Tories.

Extending the deadline to register to vote

That would indicate a certain amount of concern amongst the Remain

Across Europe, many are saying Cameron got too many concessions! He clearly didn't come back with nothing. Perhaps not enough for the UK's liking. But the fact that he has won the right to hold back on welfare for immigrants such as working tax credits for those on piss poor wages shows he came back with something.

Edited by nickgusset (08 Jun 2016 12.55pm)

Really?

Francis Hollande can be quoted as saying that David Cameron secured no 'meaningful' changes to the way the EU works.

Cameron repeatedly talks about how he wants to prevent migrants from claiming unemployment benefits (for 5 years), yet completely misses the point about why many immigrants from EU countries want to come here which is of course to work as there is a higher minimum. I doubt very much the Poles, Romanians and Bulgarians will care very much that they can't claim unemployment benefits because the vast majority aren't here to be 'unemployed'. I mean who does Cameron think these people are? This makes him ignorant at best and damn right racist at worse.

Coincidentally, it should be noted that when Mr. or Mrs. unskilled labourer gets a job in the UK, he / she is still eligible for in work benefits and tax credits effectively making Cameron's concessions... meaningless.

After edit - my apologies, banned from accessing unemployment benefits for 3 months.

eligible for 'contributory in work benefits' from the onset,

not eligible for 'non-contributory in work benefits for 4 years, however thise only applies for 7 years.

Absolute paranoid s***e. Repeat the agenda? whilst I agree most of my political posts (and only a dimwit would say all of my posts are political) are anti tory, anti austerity, there are many issues that I have brought up, so called bedroom tax, workers rights, privatisation through academisation, election chicanery, selling off of the land registry, downright lying in pmq's etc etc. Highlighting what i feel are injustices is not brainwashing. But I forgot, your mindset is that we should all accept our lot and shut up.

As for the eighties and nineties, when I left school I worked in a factory for many years (one where unions were not recognised and people were stitched up) that is where I developed my politics.

I thought you were on a train? Or did the s***e that spews forth from you cause a blockage causing a delay?

Kind regards
Nick

Gusset, we, of an age, know your sort. You are a professional, lifelong leftie rebel. Every outpouring, every post, every link is designed to incite the masses.

It is the classic Trot hymn sheet.

If I was on the side of the establishment, I would be voting remain. However, I am not and I believe that you genuinely hate the EU and are uncomfortable with Conrade Corbyn's u-turn.

You are going to vote remain because you want to add to the Tory civil war and politik in order to get Comrade Corbyn elected. That's the truth.

My shower is doing rather well, after I cleaned the head out. I suspect Mr Gusset didn't vote for Mr Blair....

I think it would help the leave campaign if they could manage to avoid sounding like racist xenophobes who masturbate themselves to sleep over a romanticised view of Britain that never existed....

Given some of the reasons people have given, voting to remain to add to the Conservative civil war would be at least rational.

"Panic" to register before the deadline last night after waiting 2 months from announcement!

You just know that these are the sort of people that won't turn up on the day to actually vote.

Most definitely looking like desperation from Remain.

It's ridiculous. You've had since your 18th birthday to register to vote but because some morons leave until after 10pm on the day of the deadline, they plead to extend it.

A deadline is a deadline.

Are we going to roll over the election day if enough people say they forgot to vote?
