More a lack of knowing when to shut the f*** up, same as Maddison and others. Wont say yes sir three bags full to GS.

Yes, but only to make the point that they sold their best player to the detriment of their fans for a lot of money (when they were a lower half team) but have invested the money wisely. I don't want Eze to go, he's my fave player, but if he does there's nothing to say if we buy a couple of good players with the money they could just as well make us a better team just as much as make us worse. I was not comparing us to Villa in any other way, shape or form!

Putting aside Palace's interests for a moment, I believe Man City would be a bad move for Ebs. Maybe not a maverick off the pitch, but I would certainly describe him as a maverick on it. And despite the disparaging comments about Grealish, I think he is a fantastic talent and certainly a maverick. The joy of football seems to have been drummed out of him by Pep's methods, maybe for a time making him quite effective, but where is he now ? Not getting game time for City and not even making it onto the plane for England's Euros squad. Don't think Ebs would fare any better under Pep.

Eze to city is just paper talk, they've jumped on a quote from a few months ago that de Bruyne made in regards to playing in saudi. Him and pep have already ruled him out moving this summer so Eze replacing de Bruyne is just complete bs. Tho if city are interested in the slightest I'd be more than happy with bobb plus 30 mill

I want him to stay of course I do but City would be an amazing move for him. He already knows all the English City lads and although he is no Debruyn yet he definitely has the potential to fill that role. He might get 5 minutes time on the pitch every season.

Tho if city are interested in the slightest I'd be more than happy with bobb plus 30 mill It was widely known last season that City wanted Paqata (sorry for spelling) from West Ham but avoided him cos of the betting rumours and would've triggered his buy out clause this summer of £65m if he'd been cleared. It was then reported last summer that they had an interest in Eze but went for Nunes from Wolves instead. Maybe, as he has been a complete flop, they are revisiting that interest in Eze and I'm sure they have leaked it out to the media!

Seems to happen to a lot of good players that go to City though and hopefully something that a player like Eze would keep in mind if they did come sniffing around.
The trouble with computers, of course, is that they're very sophisticated idiots |

Eze needs to see what’s happened to Grealish.
I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything. |

I'm not sure Eze would be the right fit for City given his individualistic style however you never know. I have two immediate feelings; 1) If they did come in, it'd be hard to stand in his way but 2) I do think it is quite speculative 'paper talk' and doubt it's a sincere intention for them.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

I see that Saka has said that Eze was the best player in training in the Squad, Wasn't Goofgate watching, IMO the most gifted player currently in the WORLD.
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |
