He more than likely received a signing on fee and his wages since he signed has amassed to a hefty sum with no or very little return .I cant believe im saying this but Conor Wickham gave a better return than him . Parish knew when signed we would have to pay compensation . Nothing in this world is free my friend not even the air we breathe hence the carbon tax .

And he certainly did look a good prospect. I suspect it's a far sadder tale from Ferguson's perspective then our own. He might not have been 'free' but more accurately came 'without a fee' attached. Hard lesson, hard luck or both.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Indeed he was a good prospect, I’ll give him that. If I remember correctly he got man of the match multiple times . I also think I heard Westbrom were playing him injured the last few games with them. Shame , we could do with a fit Ferguson now.

A fit Connor Wickham type player is what this side needs. Someone who is abrasive and occupies the opposition centre backs rather than the easy afternoon they usually enjoy with Mateta and Edouard.

Ive asked this before & no-one has given a realistic answer, just a few 'old' click-bait articles. There is nothing on the clubs website to say he has signed the offer we made him at the end of last season. Clyne, Ward & Tomkins were all publicised as signing extensions, Lerma was, on a free, even the youngster Chris Francis, for the U21's has been mentioned, BUT, nothing about HF. Guess we'll find out come the start of the season, maybe.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

If Olise has a release clause in his contract, and it’s exercised by one of the ‘big’ clubs , I hope the clause offers Palace forward protection.
