If Zaha were to go, it looks like there are two very good wingers going down in Barnes and Harrison.

26th January 2010 - Enter Administration
2nd May 2010 - D-Day 1 - Survival at Hillsborough
1st June 2010 - D-Day 2 - Survival at Lloyds
7th June 2010 - CPFC2010 exchange contracts.

I think Barnes will go to someone better than us, but I'd love Harrison.

Wouldn't offer the same excitement factor as Wilf, but he's efficient.

Seam to remember him recently signing a new contract, which felt odd considering the trouble they were in.

A product of both the Liverpool and Man Utd academies.
Good delivery with his left foot.

I said Prem experience I didn't say English Prem.

Three of those names are from teams which have been in English Prem and another Scot Prem.

Mateta we was trying to get rid of and is a bit part player.

How many players have we purchased from abroad which are starting for us regular 1 (could say 2 with keeper) and how many in senior squad 7.

what a ridiculous statement. Guehi had never kicked a ball in the Prem, so to say he played for a Prem side is a little bizarre. Olise came from Reading - are you saying because they were in the Prem about 10 years ago they qualify as a Prem side?
Same with Eze at QPR?

Clearly the Scottish top flight is not comparable with the English Prem too.

I think we have tended to buy closer to home as our scouting network is not the best. Prices may dictate we need to look further afield this summer.

Developed more during his time in the US and Man City however.

Don't know about anyone else, but, i wouldn't say no to getting Luke Ayling from Leeds as'n'when they go down. Good no nonsense RB that can & will fire crosses in when needed. Well, everyone says we need a new RB . . .

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

I don't rate Ayling. If you look at how many goals Leeds concede and how many come from play down the Leeds right it is ridiculous.

Summerville would be my preference choice.

We have to give the youngsters a chance in pre-season to see how they have improved, particularly Rak-Sakyi, Phillips and O`Brien, we have Olsie, Guehi, Doucoure, Eze, Mitchell and Richards all under 24, and improving, and Andersen only 26, Mitchell is going through a tough patch but i am sure he will regain his form, Johnstone at 30 is young for a keeper, so 8 players pick themselves.
Ayew, Schlupp, Hughes, Mateta, Edouard, Guaita and Jairo still under contract, Ahamada will hopefully be a decent addition to the squad, i hope the only one who gets a year more is Ward, so in my opinion RB,LW and CF are needed, but we dont have to buy all what we need, use the loan system better than we have, i for one am very confident of our premier league status not being even thought about next season.
