I would have thought female coaches have a case as well since they need the same coaching badges.
Had we appointed Allison Malcolm and she’d been successful would anyone have complained?

Troy Townsend has good intentions, but he's incredibly naive to suggest that equality imbalances are due to racism or sexism or any other 'ism'. It's really dangerous. What if black players don't choose to go for coaching jobs? The same way women don't choose to go for engineering roles. Or why men don't choose nursing jobs. Why don't we look into why this is because there will be multiple reasons, instead of labelling people as bigots.

1. Coaching was something a player did to prolong their career in football and bring a wage in. Players are now multi millionaires do they need the grief and dedication that a manager has to put in?

2. Countries in Scandinavia are probably the most egalitarian in the western world yet the male female divide in job sectors is pretty much the same there as in other countries. Women don't want to be coal miners or work in refuse even though they can.

We have already seen that they are pretty crap as Police officers when the going gets rough.

Though we hardly needed mystic meg to tell us that beforehand did we? Just a few cells of common sense.

You should apply to be a copper, you'd probably be better at stop and search than them.

I think the entire match should be played with all the players on one knee. By the way does everyone in the ground take a knee? Should we all watch the game on Saturday on one knee? Is anyone called Mrs Brown exempted?

Don't know about anyone else, but I am now bored with all this crap about BLM, what the f**k has 2 black guys resisting arrest in America and getting killed got to do with slavery some 200 years ago, keep America's problems there, don't bring them over here. And why do some of them have their fists in the air while kneeling, I find this quite offensive and intimidating..

Off to have my BLM sarny now, that's Bacon Lettice and Mustard to you...

I'm just waiting for them to declare it racist to list white players in the matchday squad, or at least be of origin, like some sort of racial grandparent rule.

Think it may be a good idea if all players on Saturday blacked up like the minstrels to make the blacks feel at home..
