Well those of you want Roy to play more youngsters will, no doubt, get your wish when we play Derby. Can't see Roy picking any player carrying an injury or anyone who is absolutely knackered after all these festive matches.

Well we are limping along picking up points here and there. Given our injury situation one defeat in eight matches is not so bad. Good to see Connor get a goal.

My opinion exactly, well typed! Originally posted by EddieMac
A lot of you need to get a f***ing grip. We are absolute riddled with injuries and have to play the same team every game over the xmas while every other team rotates full sqauads. Those players and Roy are working miracles. So to all you negative pricks I say. Go support a new team and learn something aout football.

Thank you, EddieMac. So many games for so few players in such a short time... Even for professionals, it's a marathon. Most lower ranked teams have far more rotational depth than we do. I'm proud of the lads for not giving up, especially away from home.

As bad as Palace appeared today I think it really demonstrates that there are no hopeless teams in the EPL. So whatever is thought of Roy's tactics, 6 points from that lot (3 away 1 home) aint bad.
I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything. |

Should have beaten Norwich, another 5 minutes and we would have. Norwich were very cynical in their rotation fouling of Wilf and John Moss what a spineless c*** he is, didn’t even book Pukki for that trip on Wilf in the first half... Good to see another youngster getting a chance and he looks useful too! Edited by Guntrisoft (01 Jan 2020 8.30pm)

Norwich much the better team, we got lucky there. We are such a charity team for struggling sides. Not sure about that. Lost only once to sides in the bottom half, up at Newcastle. We lack a lot of things, but resilience is not one of them. Kudos for getting a point tonight.

Sorry F A cup lovers, but we need to rest a number of players this weekend. This then allows 10 days of recovery time. Too much critism.. I thought we played well in the second half and unlucky not to nick it.

Given the same team was out on their legs the last 15 mins on Saturday to fight back and get another point should be applauded.
