Oh; right. My theory is that this Greta person is currently the most annoying person on the telly. Even more annoying than Gary Lineker and the shadow health secretary. Actually...to save you posting again, yes I know that's an opinion and not a theory.

You'd look good in one, shall I buy one for you?

Actually...to save you posting again, yes I know that's an opinion and not a theory. But I am deeply worried that something is going on In Croydon people keep disappearing for hours and coming back in the dead of night strangely stupid. Of course, the question is would you with Greta's Mum (or Dad).

I'm disappointed that Tom seems to be the only one who's introduced the 'would' or 'wouldn't' angle here. Very disappointing that so many people seem to have lost sight of what the HOL's all about. How DARE you.

I am going to go slightly off piste here but the Climate Emergency could be a way of controlling the public. In the past everybody went to church and believed in God and if you didn't do as God said then damnation in hell awaited. The general masses were kept in line. But we don't go to church anymore and so there is little control mechanism for those in charge. So what better way to exercise control over us than to say that we are all going to hell if we don't change our ways (and pay specific green taxes and buy more expensive green technology). The last two major extinction events involved a meteor strike and a huge volcanic eruption in Siberia which is believed to have wiped out 95% of all life on Earth at the time. We have little control over either such events repeating again. The Earth also regularly adjusts its axis alignment which alters weather patterns across the globe. But we can't control that either. The chances are that a non-human event will probably do for us before we have changed anything ourselves.
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

Quite funny that everyone's taking the angle that she's being unfairly manipulated.
And yet, rather than retiring him off to a good course, he's wheeled out to sign documents for arms dealers, oil tycoons and hedge fund managers. That's what you call unethical manipulation. At least Greta seems to have some grasp on reality.
If punk ever happened I'd be preaching the law, instead of listenin to Lydon lecture BBC4 |

It’s a curious thing that people seem to expect temperatures to remain constant for millennia. Everything in nature changes so why not climate?

Should they be pro fascist or neutral then? Does that affect whether the weather is changing? I worry for the wethers. How does that change what she said in her interview. It must be tough to be so untrusting. When you are served a McDonald’s do you demand proof it’s beef? Do you fear bus drivers are out to kidnap you? Edited by Mapletree (28 Sep 2019 9.34am) You seem to be suggesting that people just accept what the MSM say without thought. My concerns are on child exploitation and on the political activism behind her.
