People saying the ‘clappers’ are embarrassing, it’s the same. Move the away fans where they used to be , next to the holmesdale and ban the pr*ck with the drum. Job done

For any realists , we are no better or worse than any other club in the league. Quiet when it’s sh*t. Ok when it’s ok and mental when it’s good.

At least when the game isn't great they keep going. Watched a bit of Newcastle v Weed last night and it was almost silent. Also one person with a drum is infinitely better than 30,000 people with clackers.
"Brighton are talking about how they're coming for us. And it's like, we've been waiting in the Premier League for you for ages." Wilfried Zaha, 2017. |

I like the HF but think they were more effective when they were in Block B, the Arthur joined in a lot then but now they are isolated.

I sit near them and watched them for a while during the first half (nothing much else was going on!). Tne bloke with the megaphoine and his mate were leading the singing with their backs to the match for the whole time. I just cannot understand why you would pay £25+ to go to a match and not watch it at all. My main problem with the singing section is that their singing bears no relation to what is happening in the match. If we're struggling then we need the crowd to react and get behind the team. Instead we just get a constant wall of noise regardless of the state of play. Also, yet again our home form is poor - so if this really working?

It was a very even game against Everton, we were the much better team against Villa and should have beaten Wolves.

You could argue the isolation is because of the HF’s choice of songs. But they could also be better with the back of B being next to them (no chance), and bits of C nearer the corner being next to the HF. I wouldn’t want to be near that new drum though. Fvck that. Unnecessarily loud and look at the effect. They need to have a rethink of what they’ve done and are doing. Getting everyone involved by singing songs nobody else sings doesn’t show much sense to me.

Have been informed by a long standing HOLer(no names, no pack drill), that an 'ordinary' Palace fan got beaten up by 'allegedly' HF because 'only the HF can start songs, not anyone else'. IF, true & I have no cause to doubt this person, why is this happening? Someone mentioned that the wheels may becoming off the rails due to factions between 2005 & new members. As for the drums/drummers . . . Fcuk Off. Out of sync, out of tune, out of ideas. Rant over(phew, im fine/calm)
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

It’s been proven you need a drum, but not one so fecking loud. No need to be louder than the previous one.
