Watched an interview by Tyson in the lead up to this fight where he keeps saying he hopes he gets knocked down by Schwartz, seemed odd that he was almost emphasising it so much.

On the back of that I whacked a tenner at 20/1 on him being knocked down and winning the fight.

Great shout

Schwartz is unbeaten after 24 fights and 16 of those wins have been by KO.

Absolute masterclass from Fury. Best I have ever seen him box. Ok the opponent was poor as we all knew however to move the way he does at six foot nine is more like a middleweight.

Fury threw 45 jabs in round one alone and then came out for round two as a southpaw.

Best boxing skills in heavyweight division for many a year. IMO he's currently the no one heavyweight out there followed by Wilder.

100% agree. Yes, it very much looked like he was out to showcase his skills in front of a US audience. It certainly brings home the reality that he was nowhere near peak condition in the Wilder fight. No surprise really considering how soon it came after his extended layoff.

For his size he has tremendous speed and movement and he's without a doubt, the one to beat in the division. The Wilder rematch will be massive, and I'd have to have Fury to win in all things considered. Joshua will be desperate to win the Ruiz rematch, but as they say styles make fights and I think Ruiz' style is all wrong for him.

I was out last night Tom, so didn’t see it. People saying they thought Galahad won, what did you think?
I like Warrington, so fit and game, which is also what I look for in a woman.

Had Josh by two or three mate.

Generally even rounds but thought Josh's work rate grabbed quite a few of the tight rounds. No argument with a split though.

I prefer my women more like Galahad. Small, dark, good head movement, and don't mind being battered around the ring

He's acknowledged that much of the more full on and angry stuff he used to come up with was as result of being severely mentally ill and suicidal. I doubt it'd be a place he'd elect to return to in a hurry. Most of his contributions now are more aligned with mental health advocacy, rather than anything negative or alienating.

I like Tyson Fury because he's a showman and incredible fighter with a warrior mindset. Long may he remain healthy and at the top of his game.
