Absolute masterclass from Fury. Best I have ever seen him box. Ok the opponent was poor as we all knew however to move the way he does at six foot nine is more like a middleweight. Fury threw 45 jabs in round one alone and then came out for round two as a southpaw. Best boxing skills in heavyweight division for many a year. IMO he's currently the no one heavyweight out there followed by Wilder.

It certainly brings home the reality that he was nowhere near peak condition in the Wilder fight. No surprise really considering how soon it came after his extended layoff. For his size he has tremendous speed and movement and he's without a doubt, the one to beat in the division. The Wilder rematch will be massive, and I'd have to have Fury to win in all things considered. Joshua will be desperate to win the Ruiz rematch, but as they say styles make fights and I think Ruiz' style is all wrong for him.

I doubt it'd be a place he'd elect to return to in a hurry. Most of his contributions now are more aligned with mental health advocacy, rather than anything negative or alienating. I like Tyson Fury because he's a showman and incredible fighter with a warrior mindset. Long may he remain healthy and at the top of his game.
