I have finally come to the conclusion that with a fully fit squad we are a very good side

Brilliant performance, came back after deflected goal, kept attacking to the end, great manager and great team spirit. Safe with one match in hand!

Josiah Wedgewood, Thomas Minton, Josiah Spode, R,J Mitchell, Phil Taylor, John Madejski, Lemmy, Slash, Robbie Williams (even though you support Port Vale), Neil Morrissey (even though you support the Palace), Freddie Jones (actor father of Toby Jones), Toby Jones, Emma Bridgewater – can you hear me, Emma Bridgewater?..........

YOUR BOYS TOOK A HELL OF A BEATING!!!!!

Also nice to see our future player shakiri audition well

Apart from lucky deflection for his goal, he was crap. They had a corner in last few minutes, all players up and he delivers it straight to our player at near post.
He is overrated and doesn't work hard enough.

WH was lacking in confidence for most of the game today. End of. He won't be Palace's no.1 GK next year.

Butland was nutmeged by PVA for the goal and he is being touted for the England spot.
Why are you slagging off our players?

I think you are right. His shuffling style makes it appear he is working hard

Lacking in confidence??? What did/didn't he do that suggested that? Tomkins gave 2 really bad back passes which he dealt with well. The goal wasn't down to him. He got fouled by Crouch when he came for one cross and the one which he did not get was because he clashed into one of our players (I think). If you think Guaita would have done any better against Stoke you are deluded as they play a form of football I doubt he has experienced.

I can finally believe that we might have a chance of staying up for a historic 6th season in the prrem.

Please don't be cross with me that I am very likely to predict relegation next year (like I do every year for self-preservation).

Anyway, let's enjoy the moment, forget all our squad/recruitment issues for a weekend and avoid getting carried away that next year we're gonna win everything!

Great job Roy and the team, fantastic feeling, absolutely ecstatic.

BBC radio : First team since Liverpool in 1899-1900 to avoid relegation from the top flight after losing the first 7 games. The Scousers probably scored a goal as well. COYP !!!

Yes, one that doesn't involve soring goals except by some fluke. Hennessey was fine and Guaita will be too.

Anyone feeling sorry for Stoke should remember that Shaqiri, Pieters and Badou N'Diaye should all have been sent off.
