Yep, surprising SP didn't mention him once on Sunday, just kept harping on about Campbell, lol !!

He'd have been ridiculed if he did! and now will be because he didn't.... ridiculous.

Good result, must be a great confidence boost. Whilst both teams fielded very different starting 11's it still makes some amends for the 3-0 defeat. I thought Roy got the selection spot on, it also give us pretty much another friendly in the next round to make up for the wasted preseason.

3 games with nothing to lose coming up followed by more important games vs Newcastle and West Ham. Sakho, Souare, and Zaha will be back to full fitness soon... let's see if we can nick something from the next 3!

Anyone at the game, could let us know how Riedewald looked in DM would be interested to know?

He looked totally lost to be honest. All seemed a bit too quick for him. Had a few nice touches, but not ready for that role yet.

Mercifully, the EFL have agreed to hold the fourth round draw at a time when all but the youngest fans will still be awake.

It will take place after the conclusion of the televised Manchester United vs Burton Albion match on Wednesday, September 20.

That means it is likely to occur at around 10pm, but could be later if Jose Mourinho’s side go to extra time.
