Very solid effort from Palace today especially since it was pre-season. Still work to be done but so far very encouraging.

Promising game I think. First half was class. I think we are looking pretty good overall and will be interesting to see who frank chooses as his team to face Huddersfield. Think wan bisakka looks good, others made the game look a bit frantic when they were introduced

A couple of times he ran with the ball out of defence, passed it and then ran forward to make hmself available. He also took the ball off the toes of a WBA player in the penalty box. Not too bad after coming on as sub.

thought he did well when came on, looked lively, would like to see him have a place on the bench this season, no chance of starting above punch/yohan/luca but thats not his fault.

i would be more than happy if we didnt replace either ledders/flamini and use him if needed.

Well done Palace - great result.

Shame we did'nt play WBA in our first game as we would now be playing in the final.

Great performance from both keepers today.

Agree very much. Both Wayne and Jules came up with important saves and distributed well. However, I still think we need a new first team keeper.

As for the tournament we went in seeded 4th and ended up 3rd with a level goal difference and two performances that were respectable at the very least. Our players got to get used to a different system and didn't embarrass themselves or the club. Zaha showed his class throughout. I'm satisfied that this little gig will serve as a platform for bigger and better things.

I have a feeling jules will be getting the nod to be our keeper for the opening fixtures. He played well ,got down and showed how good he can be.Thinking Flb will go with him as first choice if he doesn't get his main target.

We looked a whole lot better there, but we have to be able to perform like we did in the first half when we're being pressed. Very promising.

Oh and credit where it's due, well refereed for what must be one of the most bad tempered 'friendlies' I've seen.

"Friendly" and "Pulis" don't really belong in the same sentence, do they?

You are the end of the bell.

Worst poster on this board and that takes some doing. You add no value.
