Only if it affects her career or financially has impact, or in terms of credibility. If I remember rightly a politician once sued 'Have I got News for You' after referring to him as an odious s**t, and lost, because there was no financial or public relations impact from the comment (which is was not the reality of bringing and losing a case for Slander).

Violent crime is common in Britain, that is the point.
Those who wish to highlight a crime such as this one, as awful as it is, would also be likely to avoid the disproportion of street crime within the Black community for example. It's just playing politics with out country and not attempting to fix it.
We all want to rid ourselves of scum to protect the law abiding and innocent, that should be the focus rather than point scoring.
