I've read bits of this topic but it worries me when people accuse the muslims of 'hiding' the terrorists - like the bloke who works at my newsagent is really going to know about some kid in Crawley making bombs. (According to the Sun that kid went to Hazelwick School - same as me)

There seems to be this real fear that all Muslims are evil. The majority have lived over here for many years - I'm friends with a few - I do not think they are closet terrorists.

Everyone's saying they should shop their over-zealous neighbours or all be booted out. This is like saying why didn't Germany stand up to the nazis. Excuse me Adolf I think you're being a bit harsh on the old Jews, lay off there's a good chap.
When Damilola was killed there was a neighbourhood cover-up - through fear. The same has happened countless times. If you witnessed a drive by shooting from the local gang would you be in a rush to put your whole family at risk to shop them. No? Then you best get out of the country.

When that white nutter blew the bar up in Soho I wasn't aware of who he was. But obviously all us whites were covering up for him as we didn't tip the police off. When Peter Sutcliffe decided to murder a few prostitutes where were the people from Yorkshire??? All covering up for him no doubt - should have hung the lot of them.

This started off as let's throw out that hook bloke. Yes we should - all agreed. But then it turns into an anti-Muslim / zero tolerance rant.

When Enoch Powell delivered his Rivers of Blood speech he wasn't being racist he was just foretelling what we are now seeing and what I fear is about to get much worse.

Agreeing with ol' Enoch - slightly controversial statement that my ol' son!!! It shouldn't be but modern day society dictates that it is.

I mean where does it all stop. I've ived in Brixton for most of my life and have a number of black mates as you'd expect. We've talked about this extensively over a beer or a fat one and find it hard to agree on a lot of things. It doesn't make anyone racist because everyones view point is based on their personal circumstance. I've been subject to racist abuse on a number of occasions but because I'm white I wouldn't be taken to seriously if I went and reported it to a copper. I feel like I've taken a lot of sh*t because of what my suppossed ancestors have done (I wouldn't mind but they're all bloody Irish).

Anyway without going into anymore detail as I'm boring myself now I can sum it up like this. Everyone is racist / prejudice to some degree. It's largely due to your circumstance and yes your skin colour. The sooner people admit to this and talk about it and stip pretending it's not happening or doesn't exist the sooner we reach a solution.

Quite why I felt compelled to carry on this thread I don't know...I wish everyone on here - all shapes and sizes, all colours and creeds - a good easter and here's to six points!

The ironic thing is that my "non white" mates totally agree with my views!

It's just certain f***ing middle-class, sheltered, liberal/left wing WHITE w***ers, who I unfortunately associate with, don't! (unfortunately, my profession is full of them) They're the PC cnuts that make my blood boil and should be deported.

I'd happily swap them for a load of Muslims who have respect for this country, its culture and want to contribute for its success!
