Was he meant to choose a response from a 'righty ' (more like wrongy ) then?

Surely it's more credible to use facts – or at least someone whose views are of the political centre (and not extreme left) – to back up your argument?

Do you not like satire then?

Just because he is thought of as a "lefty" doesn't mean his irony is not legitimate, any more than it would be legitimate to say all your points are automatically wrong because you are (seemingly) a "righty".

The BBC appears left wing to those of a rightwards disposition.A consequence of most of the print media and SKY being visibly right wing biased.

The Beeb gets attacked from the left as right wing.

I'd says it follows its mandate of giving an airing to most points of view pretty closely, not perfectly cause nothing is in this world. I listen to the world service regularly;I'd say its something to be proud of.

The Beeb can seem left wing to those on the right because its doesn't resolutely slag off and distort any point of view not anchored in the new centrism (ie approximating to the Attila the Hun view of the world).

You slag off everyone and anything that is not left wing. As you do not slag off the BBC, ergo the BBC must be left wing.

Really? Where is the flaw in the argument?

Yep general bias against Brexit.

It's pretty damning. On the flagship 'today' radio programme to quote, 'only eight(6.5%) of the 124 speakers who appeared over the six editions were given the space to make substantive arguments that the future for the UK outside the EU would yield significant benefits.'

It's funny that the organization that's currently obsessed with racial nd gender diversity is very uninterested in diversity of class or thought.

Still, it's stance on Brexit isn't a candle to the bias against Trump and his administration.

Now I agree that there is legitimate criticism that can be aired against him and indeed should be but the lack of balance or alternative views regularly has me very disappointed in how low this organization has fallen.

The BBC is now practically CNN.

In reality I'm only interested in funding its radio and educational sections nowadays.
