No particular order.

Only Fools and Horses
Games of Thrones
Banshee
Band of Brothers
Breaking Bad
Inbetweeners
Spooks
Strike Back
Dream Team loved it as a kid. Saw an episode recently... see why it got binned.

Ones that started good but faded away
24
Prison Break first season amazing after that.....
Lost the concept was brilliant but the smoke, numbers, time travel that happend was utter drivel
The Pacific, similar to Band of Brothers but I didn't like the chopping between characters/stories.
Homeland, similar to lost the concept is brilliant but has gone too far from the original idea
House of Cards
The Following

Worth a mention
Generation Kill, If you like war series this is based in Iraq 2003.
Blue Bloods
Power

To watch
Sons of Anarchy
The Wire
Ray Donovan

Banshee is without doubt the single most brutally violent, merciless, graphic sex packed, series ever made about people who 'have a few issues'. And each season has just upped the carnage and brutality, to the point that its hard to watch.

You can almost smell the blood, sweat, tears and sex. F**King love this series, but f**k me its nasty.

Hartley gave me nightmares as a kid. Something just not right about that hare.

In the woods there grew a tree. And a fine fine tree was he.

Flicking through Youtube the other night & came across a TV series from the 80s called V. Anyone else remember it? Looks dated now, but caused quite a stir at the time.

Yep. I used to watch V. "The evil Diana" et al. Enjoyed it, but it became very disjointed from one series to the next. Look it up on Wiki.

My favourite is Hill Street Blues.

I had never heard of this until I watched the reboot version a few years ago, which I really enjoyed. Sadly they canned it after 2 series...
