The allegation is fairly anecdotal and linked to the 'Satanic Cults' of the 80s - which themselves are controversial in terms of reliablity. Its not a stretch to imagine that someone 'recovering satanic abuse memories might mix in memories of someone famed for the statement Rivers of Blood).
