I repeat: it's OUR day. Not theirs.

Exactly!

A day to celebrate one of the greatest managerial achievements in modern day sport. To take a team that was not rated by anyone, rock bottom for the first part of the season and have them perform so well is something very special.

Yes which is why it should be an amazing atmosphere. If Liverpool have something to celebrate to, the Sky Cameras are in for a massive treat. I'd expect some cracking banter from the two sets of supporters. Both sets of supporters on the pitch at the final whistle. Lap of honours from both sets of players. Really want Liverpool to wrap it up before they play us so this can happen.

Just my opinion, like, but I think you're a f*cking disgrace.

Yet another civilised reply. Why use profanities? Still, I suppose your username sums it up.

This is our day not Liverpool they can celebrate at Anfield the following weekend !

We deserve our moment in the sun and I want to celebrate at the final whistle seeing the Palace team doing a lap of honour ect if Liverpool win it at SP then all our celebrations will be pushed back for them and I cant help but feel if that happens it will be a bit of an anti climax

Loads of um i know will be there without tickets.
They will be hundreds locked outside.
Ive tried telling them there wasting there time but they won't have it.
To be fair to um if it was palace going for the title I would try everything I could to get in to the ground.

I remember years back at Cambridgein the fa cup in 1990.
I tried every gate and turnstile till I got in.

Oh, so you're the reason I was so crushed up the away end that day!

I don't understand why this is even being debated so extensively.

Seriously, if some people want to go and sing YNWA and clap Liverpool and swallow their load or whatever... [Link]

OP, can you tell me your address as I need to send you an invoice for the new monitor I've had to buy after putting my foot through my old one after reading your comment.

What are you thinking OP? Sing YNWA at Selhurst with the Liverpool fans? Is this some kind of weird alternate universe or something? I for one want us to turn Liverpool over for the same reason I wanted us to do the same over Chelsea, Villa, Everton, West Ham and everyone we've beaten this season as when they see our name on the fixtures list, most of their fans think "well that's 3 points for us then". I'm damn sure 99% of their fans will be in Selhurst expecting us to roll over and give them the points they need to win the league and if the worse should happen, I won't be bloody celebrating with them.

What kind of a message does that give our lads who have massively exceeded and proved wrong so many people by being where we are at the moment, if at the end of the last game of the season at home we're all singing YNWA? It would be like a massive two fingers up to them. No, I'll be clapping and singing for our players come the end of the game regardless of the result and treating Liverpool with the same causal disregard that I do every team that we play at Selhurst.

I was at Ayresome Park when Palace got promoted. The Middlesborough fans stayed behind after the (boring draw) game to specifically clap the Palace players who did a lap of honour.

Such damned plastics those Borough fans, what were they thinking? Surely they should have been exercising causal disregard.

Back under your stone, troll. Come back when you can make a positive contribution instead of trolling other people's posts.

Forget this whole 'scouse issue' thing some of you seem to have for a minute.

They have been an incredible team at time to watch this season, and if they win the league then I think it's fantastic to add another name to the small list of teams who have won the Premiership.

If they seal the title at our place, I say well done to them and why not give them a little party time and join in with them, let's not forget, we have just as much reason to party as they do after our successes this season, let's join forces and make it the best atmosphere we can. It'll be fantastic.

Why not? cos they have their own ground to celebrate in and can do it at their final game , infront of their fans, whilst whining on and on about fcuking Hillsborough and 'the 96'.....

We have our own celebrating to do thanks. Win or lose, we should raise the roof for Palace, not the murdering car thieves.
