To grass someone up implies a snidey aspect to the issue. This is just plain abusive and a bit disturbing someone has resorted to this. Is there a snidey aspect to this in your eyes? Oh dont tell me, you're just bantering?

It's almost like the ex-poster on here, who - purely coincidentally of course - some people got labelled a grass for god knows what, when in reality he brought t all on himself.

Maybe you should be on the receiving end, then you'd just shut your fat arse up.

If Saxon has the software/know how to get the IP number to trace the roguester, then prove it, it will gladly stick my hands up and say A 'certain poster' is a cvnt. Until proven guilty (isn't that the way in England these days) then it isn't him, or me.
I saw you were the first to mention Roy without having nuts to put it in print. I hope it's not him, if it's not then a few of you on here can do one!

How about those people who met someone from HOL in a pub and thought he was an OK chap and swapped phone numbers, only to now find out he is an alcoholic with a short fuse and likes sending abuse?

I think you're missing the point - it shouldn't matter what you give out or put on the internet, there is no place for such insults and abuse, especially behind a fake name.

I don't think it was DRT - although it seems he is prone to slagging me off to other HOLers though

No, there isn't a place for it. But there are things you can do/avoid to prevent such incidents happening.

And if you don't take such steps and get abuse, yes you can be offended/hurt/pissed off/angry but one thing you can't be, is completely surprised.

I find this thread a little strange. If you are going to open up a public blog - you have to expect (sadly) that somebody is going to be small-minded enough to abuse it (or you through it). Yes, it's out of order - but why waste so much time whining and worrying about what is, essentially, just a few pathetic words on a blog?

I can't believe how many people have got involved in this non-event. If there had been a direct threat then I'd understand. I'm not saying Saxon should be pleased about the situation or that I'd like it myself but, realistically, what does it really matter?

Best off rising above it and getting on with your life - it's too short to waste worrying about petty insults posted on a web page!

then be a good chap and get your mate on speed dial and ask him about this time. While you're at it, can you ask him about all the other countless times in the past 6 months too? Don't tell me - someone hijacked his phone and tied him up whilst they sent abusive messages from his phone?

strange how the person who gets abuse has to apologise in your world. strange world indeed.

It is a message form so you can basically enter the name and address of anyone - you aren't sending an email, just submitting a message and the email address is so that I can reply to them.
