A car based analogy but it it does nicely suit modern society.

“If you think you are smarter than the last generation, 50 years ago a car manual told you how to set the valves and now it tells you to not touch the engine and oh, not to drink the battery acid.”

Nice to see how we have progressed! I’m sure there must be a bbc programme covering it somewhere.

I'm pretty sure instructing people not to drink car battery acid is a demonstration of a complete resistence to natural selection.

You can't help but feel that anybody needing to be notified of such things should quite probably not be in charge of a toaster, let alone a car.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Anyone else see Clive Myrie's reports from Kyiv today?

Top quality journalism and a credit to the organisation.

the blatant propaganda from Western Media outlets is one of the reasons our comrades in Eastern Europe see us as decadent and stupid.

Haha, he looked like he was about to do a runner at any second whereas Kate Adie used to look more like she would pick up an AK47 and join in.

Yeah, all those decadent traits like the integration of diverse racial and sexually-orientated groups.

Just turned on Football Focus which is first and foremost a programme about men's football so why do they have to have not only Alex Scott presenting - I have no problem with that - but also another female pundit!
Why do we have to put up with this crap?
If it was for a good reason instead of tokenism I wouldn't mind but it isn't.
When I turned on their was an interview with a Brentford player - guess what - female interviewer!
Positive discrimination alive and well at the publicly funded broadcaster!

Well, they do say 'a woman's work is never done'.

Which is probably why they get paid less.

Men's Rugby last night. Wales v France.

The after-match analysis by RTE ? a female journalist, a female ex-rugby player and an old bloke who presumably had something relevant to say.

RTE's levels of Soc-Lib lunacy makes the BBC look like the Enoch Powell channel.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

They are all at it.
I have watched test cricket and find that the pundit is a female who has never actually played test cricket - one day stuff yes - but not test cricket - ridiculous.
Rugby with Jonny Wilkinson, Sir Clive and a woman who I have never heard of.
All being done for absolutely the wrong reasons and actually does the female cause a great deal of harm in my eyes because it ends up being the same bias that was afforded to men and two wrongs do not make a right!
