The NHS is 'up for sale' according to Labour. Yeah....looks a real bargain doesn't it.....Employs 1.3 million staff and is continually in debt. Foreign health tourism and abuse of the system every hour. Attachment: nhsBudget.JPG (71.27Kb)

Social liberalism causes the increase in these problems but neo liberalism doesn't want to pay for it. We have had millions placed into the population without the prisons and other infrastructure because that's the chosen method of economic growth for decades.....more strain placed on proportionally less staff. The 2008 crash happens and the pips squeak.....it's just a long term effect from that. Pretty much every public service is run at under efficiency and hence reduced standards because the system can't cope.

Too much management, period. My wife is a nurse and she spends at least half of her time form filling and reporting as we are now living in a litigation society and everything has to be well documented which obviously means less time actually looking after patients

Foreign health tourism and abuse of the system every hour. Saw a video last night where a woman was told it cost $10,000 to have a baby in america. She seemed shocked. The video faild to report how much each of these procedures would cost the tax payer under the NHS and what the quality and the availability of the service was like. There was a big fuss in the comments about people calling uber's to get to emergency wards because Ambulance call outs cost too much... if you can get an uber, you dont need an ambulance. Also forgot to mention that tax in the states is half what it is here! The NHS has turned into a bureaucratic regime, the funding mechanism isn't working, people arent getting the service they need. But it's still blindly supported.

The Tories are panicking Polling almost exactly mirrors that of 2017, and this time if they get no majority they won't be able to implement the only real thing they're campaigning for. Their campaign has once again been a sham. Imagine trying to convince people you are the best person to negotiate new trade deals with some of the biggest nations on earth, but being too scared to be interviewed by someone from the BBC? Johnson used to thrive on his eccentricity and humour, but he has shown absolutely none of that this time around. Ironically, it could be that Corbyn - the mp so resolutely ideological he defied the whip more than any other - becomes PM because he understands that compromise is important in politics, whereas Johnson and the Tories have showed total disdain to anyone who doesn't go along with what their saying. I'm still hoping he loses his seat. The man is a charlatan who doesn't give a toss about anything, least of all Brexit. If it gets him the job, he will do or say anything, and to be using the valid sentiments of many leave voters in such a way is the worst form of politics. Corbyn has compared himself to Robin Hood. Well I would say he is half right, he robs from the rich. Actually it kinda makes sense that he admires a terrorist who attacks the authorities who are going about their legal business.
