Trump is gone, get over it! The problem isn't him but his influence. Still floating around and stating things at the most awkward times. That's why the dems want him in the slammer. He still scares them rigid; the same as WE really

The last line is up for debate really. 70 million people don't think so and live in the USA unlike you. More who do live in the USA do think like me. Which was evidenced when they last voted.

He still scares them rigid; the same as WE really Trump doesn't scare me or, I suspect, the Democrats. Trump disgusts me, and I pity him. What scares me is what led up to Trump and the fact that so many voted for him and continue to believe his lies. Now that's seriously scary.

Your rants against Trump remind me of the Two Minutes Hate against Goldestein in '1984'.

Not to me, but there was a professional body in the USA who expressed concern but ethically were stymied because they hadn't conducted an examination and were dismayed when the person who did gave such a glowing one. When that guy then enters politics and starts attacking the opposition, the aroma of hypocrisy is strong. So there is no evidence to back up your comment…tut tut Wissie

So there is no evidence to back up your comment…tut tut Wissie There is evidence that those concerns existed. I am quite sure you remember them and that I could find them again, if you really need me to. It was, from memory, the US College of Psychiatry who expressed their worries. By the way, it is rumoured that the medical examination carried out by Dr Ronny Jackson, the physician turned politician, which created all the controversy included a "Montreal" physiocratic test. This included asking Trump to complete a jigsaw puzzle, spending no more than 30 mins a day on it, and record how many days it took him to do it. He boasted to his hangers on that he was outstandingly bright as it only took him 30 days, whilst the pack said 2 to 3 years!

What lies? Pretty much anything he says! You could start with the election being stolen lie. What else matters?

I pass comments that I share with 99% of those I associate with, and they hold a wide range of political views. Trump is generally regarded as a disaster, and by some as an idiot. I just think he was a terrible mistake which needs to be exposed, so it is never repeated.

Without watching the actual event from start to finish, which I haven't as I don't have the time, I cannot be sure, but it certainly seemed so, and I would not be surprised if it was. There have been many such past incidences. I read about a third of the transcript that was provided, and it reads like a transcript in which someone is gathering their thoughts. It would take a lot of editing to make it read well. The point being, of course, it wasn't written, it was said. The motivations and approach though seemed fine. Is he fit for purpose? Yes, because it's not him alone. Biden leads a team, with whom he consults. Unlike Trump who never listens to anyone and acts impulsively. Even the "finger on the button" worry is actually a myth as the Joints Chiefs of Staff need to also be involved. My speech was to a community of lawn bowlers about some charity work being undertaken. It was short, after a match and outside.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
