Quote Mr Statto at 07 Jul 2005 12:15pm

The mobile networks will have been shut down so they can't be used to trigger any further bombs (and even if they hadn't been, the networks would have collapsed under the strain of everyone trying to phone home)

Vodafone have said they are given priory to emergency services, so general public will struggle to use the networks.

we'll all have id cards now. Not that that would make any difference, just make it easier to identify the dead.

Al-Khaeda are being 'officially' linked by the BBC.

Lets invade Saudi then.

pete this is no f***ing time to start mocking liberals on here for christs sake. happy now? how dare you.

I'm with Pete.

We should throw the Human Rights Bill out of the window and round up anyone suspected of having links with terrorist groups.

If this was done sooner, today may not have happened.

We are a weak country and therefore an easy target!

I agree. If we weren't so keen to cozy up to the extremist elements, this could very likely have been prevented/avoided.

Find them, take them, kill them.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

since when have we 'cozied up' to extremists ?

Whern they've washed the blood off the streets, start blaming people. Until then shut the f*** up.
