We don't want to announce all these signings at the same time. And yes Decoure will be unveiled in the new home kit mi tinks.

With nothing announced I doubt he has actually a confirmed signing. Don't get me wrong - everything points to a done deal but guessing it's taking a while to get the admin sorted.
