It is designed that way. It is intended to disenfranchise the 'White ruling class' and enforce 'diversity' whether they like it or not. It is the new fascism which, ironically, is supported by naive liberals and Leftists. One has to wonder where all these directives are coming from. Why would those in the shadows want this? Follow the money. And you claim not to be racist. Edited by Mapletree (12 Nov 2021 1.18pm)

I mean there may be legitimate reasons, but I'm struggling to think of say, why someone wouldn't be suitable for a position due to their race.. Edited by BlueJay (10 Nov 2021 8.21pm) David Starkey spoke and wrote at length about this. He is now a racist.

Far, far more people do not behave that way than do, so it's still not an example of why a minority would not be suited to a job. Starkey often makes good points, but there are lazy, catch-all aspects to his commentary too that open him up to the accusations made. It may pay to consider that someone can be both racist, but also made some pertinent observations. It's more often than not only part of the story though (and typically people only want to listen to the half of the story that align with their politics).

The way the younger generation is going the majority will sound like they’re rappers who don’t care about how employable they aren’t.

Even here it still draws attention when it's OTT. An issue of degrees really, but I don't disagree with others that for say public facing jobs where clear communication is key, it's not exactly a good fit..

'I ain't anti white, I'm just pro black'. Remember the left and centralists trying to cancel him over that one....no, I don't either. Yet speak your mind in Yorkshire, even when you think it's with a mate and....bye bye blue. Edited by Stirlingsays (12 Nov 2021 10.18pm)

Edited by Stirlingsays (12 Nov 2021 10.18pm) Apparently, calling out positive discrimination as an anti White policy is 'racist'. Anything that is pro one group must disadvantage everyone else. The racism enquiry in Yorkshire is a witch hunt plain and simple. It is purely to make an example of people in an absurdly disproportionate manner while forcing yet another institution to accept a quota of minorities in their decision making process.
