The fact that I know it to be true is all that matters to me.

I don't care what you believe.

You can quote laws all you like. Anti prejudice legislation only works against White people. It is designed that way. It is intended to disenfranchise the 'White ruling class' and enforce 'diversity' whether they like it or not. It is the new fascism which, ironically, is supported by naive liberals and Leftists.

One has to wonder where all these directives are coming from. Why would those in the shadows want this?

Follow the money.

And you claim not to be racist.

So much for being against labels.

I guess you are until you aren't.

Truism.

Not that it matters to those invested in the current structures.

I mean there may be legitimate reasons, but I'm struggling to think of say, why someone wouldn't be suitable for a position due to their race..

David Starkey spoke and wrote at length about this. He is now a racist.

I took his viewed to be a commentary on a culture and accent that some present with (that is not entirely race specific). Far, far more people do not behave that way than do, so it's still not an example of why a minority would not be suited to a job.

Starkey often makes good points, but there are lazy, catch-all aspects to his commentary too that open him up to the accusations made. It may pay to consider that someone can be both racist, but also made some pertinent observations. It's more often than not only part of the story though (and typically people only want to listen to the half of the story that align with their politics).

Well, it's not me who promotes racist policies.

You claim to have a brain, but there is little evidence for that.

The way the younger generation is going the majority will sound like they’re rappers who don’t care about how employable they aren’t.

It's mostly a London ting still init. It's rare elsewhere. Even here it still draws attention when it's OTT. An issue of degrees really, but I don't disagree with others that for say public facing jobs where clear communication is key, it's not exactly a good fit..

Which means that his 'racism' isn't their approved 'racism'.

What is it that Dan's Stormzy said? 'I ain't anti white, I'm just pro black'.

Remember the left and centralists trying to cancel him over that one....no, I don't either.

Yet speak your mind in Yorkshire, even when you think it's with a mate and....bye bye blue.

Apparently, calling out positive discrimination as an anti White policy is 'racist'.

Anything that is pro one group must disadvantage everyone else.

The racism enquiry in Yorkshire is a witch hunt plain and simple.

It is purely to make an example of people in an absurdly disproportionate manner while forcing yet another institution to accept a quota of minorities in their decision making process.
Whether this is the way forward or not is beside the point. It is the method, which is akin to the ugliest episodes of the recent past.
