You don't have conversation like this in pubs, and if you did, people would be afraid to say what they really think. That is the environment that people like you have created.

You don't go on the bbs attacking the far left do you. It's like you want a monopoly on what can be said.

I don’t care what people say, as long as they recognise their views are not even considered far right by any new definition of the term, it’s always been considered far right.

In 1968 when Powell made his speech opinions polls showed over 70 percent national support for what he said.

Just recently the Times ran a poll which showed that Powell was considered the joint third best PM that Britain never had....this is despite him being dead for nearly twenty years.

I think perhaps you live in a bubble just as much as you think others do Dan.
