I not received any email from the club only got the info off their website. I be login on straight away on Thursday to see what my refund is and decide whether to put it towards next season ticket.

I'm seriously starting to feel like Johnny No Mates,as I have NOT received any communication since the now infamous "404" email of 28th May. If the season continued as normal,I would not be given the opportunity of a refund/put towards next year/academy/line the pockets of American billionaires,etc.So that money is taken,so to speak. What gets me is the sheer incompetence revolving around the CPFC/Ticket Office. If,as many on here have indicated,the Ticket Office have stated that S/T holders will be contacted in week commencing ????,then surely good business practice,and courtesy, dictates they should. I just want to know what is going on.Or is that too much to ask?

Seems my one season ticket has morphed into three. Also due back £134.7683p! LOL Anyway good job the box office were not doing the points per game calculation to determine final places because on this basis Palace would probably be going down!
