I can assert that I have NEVER resorted to any recreational drugs, be it weed, ganja, speed etc etc and never been remotely tempted to do so.I have NEVER smoked a cigarette, cigar, pipe, cheroot etc etc.

In terms of your final comment, from distant memory I had a preference for bosoms more "Hindenburgs" than "Pert" but other qualities often attract lusty males to the 'Fairer sex'.
All a distant memory.

I had entire relationships which resembled Hindenburgs.

Personally it’s not a case of ‘resorting’ to recreational drugs. It’s a conscious decision to try some and see what you like (about if any). In the right light it can be a mind expanding and life enriching experience.

Certainly there can be downsides to drugs but if you manage to do it on your terms it can give you good experiences you’d not normally have otherwise.

I had no inclination whatever to try and sample any recreational drugs.

There were those who tried to tempt me into trying these substances but I was not moved one iota and their pleas were met with a resounding riposte firmly in the 'Negative'.

prefer natural to artificial or enhanced, and Henry Thornton had a rep as being a rough school that got battered when it tried it on with 'posher' schools like Clapham College, and they'd run 100mph backwards if confronted with the Ernest Bevin crew, if some of these great men knew the level of toe rag who were desecrating their legacy they'd be doing 45rpm in their coffins poor chaps.

Stop making stuff up to cover for your issues with masculinity.

As for me I wasn't the kind of lad who bothered with fighting other schools or indeed in providing unprovoked violence.

I heard someone say that Starmer was brought up in a ram-shackled, semi-detached house in Oxted,Surrey.

Oxted has a reputation for affluence but there are small areas in the town and in the vicinity which are not awash with large dwellings which would command a significant price on the market.
But there are some jolly nice properties in Oxted and nearby Limpsfield and a house was provided for Venables in Limpsfield when he was at our club.

Starmer is just a continuance of the same higher middle class rule in the Labour party.

That said he was clearly the best of the available candidates.....I thought Barry Gardiner could have given him a run for his money but he didn't run.

You do realise don't you that I was a fully qualified computer science and IT applications teacher? Still am I suppose but I don't intend to go back.

I think you are labouring under several stereotypes. Sure, indeed stereotypes have truth to them holistically but they can also be caricatures when it comes to the individual.

I've always had aggression, however I channeled it appropriately and for the most part constructively. As indeed, the majority of men do.
