RB should surely be addressed in January, but Kelly is doing a superb shift there at the moment so it's not quite haunting us...yet.

Kouyate was great covering CB too, only one shaky moment I can remember, when he let Solanke in. He did the same job for Senegal in the AFCON, so hopefully can continue to fill in if needs be. Is Cahill back soon?

I was going to make the same point about were he plays for Senegal - thought he and Ayew were outstanding.

Maybe all these injuries will uncover another AWB.

Performance of the season for me. Great atmosphere and everyone behind the team. Schlupp did it again and to be honest he looks a better left back than PVA!!

Cant believe some on here thinking that was a red . The Bournemouth lad was at fault in not making a challenge . He basically just walked up and stood there frightened to make what should have been a 50/50 .

Unlucky Mama to many snowflakes running (ruining ) our game .

Totally agree, as Lee Dixon said on the Amazon coverage, he didn’t even think it was a foul...and neither do I.

I have to admit I haven't viewed the Amazon coverage nor seen any replays but I had a good view of the challenge as it was right below me.To my naked eye it looked reckless,he caught him high on the leg and my immediate reaction was 'Red card'.I was not surprised at all when Anthony Taylor raised that dreaded red card in the air.

Absolutely right. In my decrepit old age I don't always go to night games and last night I listened at home to the Five Live commentary. I could hardly believe the noise what was coming out of the radio, and I can honestly say that as I listened to that roar in the last twenty minutes I just knew we were going to hold on for the win. Well done you hardy people.

One of those famous nights that will go down in Palace folklore and be remembered for decades to come. What an outstanding team performance, each and every one of them were magnificent. Felt sorry for Andros having to come off but Roy got that spot on and it gave Andros extra recovery time ahead of Watford as he is nursing an injury.

Some credit should go to Roy for how he handled and re-jigged things after Sakho's dismissal. Bringing on McArthy for Andros was a very sensible strategy to firm up the midfield. Finally, despite some very weary legs out there (evidenced by Kouyate and Kelly both going down with cramp), Roy didn't use the 3rd sub. and risk upsetting the balance of a team displaying huge heart and determination to see the match out.

It did hit a nerve because it's nearly 2020 and people still make idiotic comments like that.

Suck it up, sonny.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Initially it looks bad but I've just watched the replay of the Sakho incident and I'm not sure it was a sending off offence. Sakho simply gets to the ball first in a 50-50 situation. Smith arrives just a fraction of a second late and collides with Mama's leg.
