I believe the law is clear. If she was born in the UK and has sole nationality then she can't be stopped returning to the UK.

Trumptons says we must take back British ISIS captives from Syria, for a change IMO he is justified.

As much as I quite like Trump....I don't really care what a colonial thinks.

I watched the interview on sky news today. I don’t feel any sympathy. The poor baby in the arms of the phantom flan flinger sitting next to her is the one I feel sorry for.

My personal thoughts are that she should be allowed back to the UK as she does not hold citizenship of any other nation, however, as soon as she arrives should be tried for treason. It would then be up to her if she still wishes to return.

As for Treason thanks to Mr Blair it is no longer practical to prosecute anyone for that, a great pity.

This young lady has all it takes to make it in politics. A future Tory leader in the making, she didn't flinch on seeing the odd severed head in the bin. Strong and stable, clear and concise......... I recommend her to the house as she can't be any worse..................

Sadly, I am cursed with a scientific brain. So when Jimenez said that Shamima Begum went on radical marches with her father I wanted proof. I could find none. I found that another of the schoolgirls' fathers appears to have attended a meeting that included a hate preacher (Abase Hussen, father of Amira), but nothing about this particular man. In fact, this is what Shamima Begum's family said: ''They said they were "utterly shocked" by her lack of regret about joining IS, but that they were the "words of a girl who was groomed at the age of 15" and is surrounded by IS sympathisers.'' Now, if he is actually an ordinary father with a teenage daughter that went off the rails, and if he is desperate to do all he can for the child he loves, I understand that. It is interesting how people latch onto false news to follow their own agenda. It's almost as though people want to blame every Muslim in the world for these four silly, misled 15 year old girls who have ended up doing something dreadful. Why would anyone have an agenda like that? Edited by Mapletree (17 Feb 2019 12.27pm) We are talking about an individual who joined IS, who as you might recall we only recently beheading and torturing people killing huge numbers and destroying ancient sites. I don't want to hear about agendas. These people had no respect for life and deserve no sympathy at all at 15 or 50.
