I doubt that. He’s on £100k roughly at Everton and was more than likely on not much more than £35k and maybe not even that. I also agree with PatrickA. Doesn’t suit us now/Roy. Why do you believe he’s on £100k/wk...?

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle There's no doubt he was great for us. But poor form and more importantly a knee injury means we should look at other targets in my opinion.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle I don’t think anyone can disagree. Certainly no one at Everton could complain if they lost £20 million on the deal. I think it is all about the price and whether he is worth it, rather than the player.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle surely ideal for a loan with option to buy then fitness and problems with his injury can be assessed, I assume we will sign two English loans

Why do you believe he’s on £100k/wk...? Ok it’s £80k which is in our ballpark for some players but not if they’re not likely to play most full games. He was pushing for a big salary at Palace and got the rumoured £80k at Everton.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle I don't think anybody knows quite how far that injury has affected Bolasie's game, so I'd be surprised if anyone wanted to risk him on a permanent transfer. Only way I can see this happening is if we have a highly staged deal with performance-based instalments, and the same for Bolasie's contract.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle Given our need and link with players who can play as a striker or a winger (Ayew, Dunbar etc). If the Dunbar deal falls through I can see us putting a 10 mill bid in for Yannick. Remember SP is a fan and does like to buy in fans favorites (Zaha, sakho)

I don't think anybody knows quite how far that injury has affected Bolasie's game, Everton obviously know otherwise they wouldn't be so keen to get rid of him

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle Everyone knows we’re walking a fine line with our high wage costs. Bolasie’s knee has gone, he’s probably on 80k+ a week, and some people would like him on our wage bill as long as the transfer fee wasn’t too high. Attachment: ExPlayers.jpg (204.39Kb)

Astonished he’s on that much. Well done to his agent! Maybe he take a pay cut but if he doesn’t then Everton will literally be stuck with him. I’d say max we should be offering him is around the sun £50k mark.
