He's total garbage as a player. Avoid at all costs. May as well flush the £6.5m, plus wages down the toilet.

No. We didn't sign him before due to his agents financial demands - hence my question earlier in this thread, has Niasse changed agents ?! What I would like to know is what similarities are there between Solanke and Niasse - if any ? How did we identify Niasse as the next best option ? They were his brother & his cousin IIRC so probably not.
Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five! |

Am I right in thinking he took a dive at SP in the last season or two to get a penalty?
Always remembering walking from the Holmesdale to the Whitehorse end at half time! |

I think he'd be a great striker to have on the bench. He's barely getting time this year at the toffees, but he got 8 goals last year (so only one behind Zaha). And only started 10 of the 22 games he played in. Much better bet than Ayew, who started 33 of his 36 games, and only potted 7 for Swans. And with his National captain to kick him up the backside if he gets out of line (and keep his relatives out of the way), maybe we'd get better consistency out of him.

Everton seem to have a habit of buying s*** players. I would be wary of anyone they are selling. Edited by kevlee (04 Jan 2019 9.01pm)

Ultimately we cannot have 4 Benteke priced strikers. I’d be happy to have a player who has a point to prove as long as his wages are sensible. £6.5M is peanuts even for a squad player.
