It's true though. If the FDB total football doesn't work Dougie will be manager. Isn't rocket science. The fact the Dougie move came so out of the blue suggests something is already not quite clicking.

hmmmm, you could also say that's just an opinion though, Fdb has gone on file saying he wants director position filled, it happened, just happened to be an ex pro, someone admittedly who found hidden gems a plenty in a short spell, was available.... for me it could be just that, paris knew someone who had a track record in knowing a decent player when he saw one.

It's daft to assume that he is here as our next manager as there is no way that he would appoint someone with DF's record of managerial failure. DF is here to do a job as Director of Football and that is all. It isn't rocket science

Whatever the reason is for not getting him, bidding too slow, money offered, were never interested in first place etc I think it's a shame as he has all the qualities to be an explosive player in the Prem. We've obviously got some better options lined up... Just need to get them over the line
