That's where the match was won and lost in midfield. They destroyed us, we gave them too much respect and time and they took advantage. It was fine until halftime, then Poncettino made two changes and we had no answer. Sissoko is a beast.
We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football. |

Spurs deserved it but were very lucky to have the referee bottle the big decisions Parrot

If Sakho hadn't gone off, could well have been a 0-0...but never a win. Interesting to see the Palace players reaction. They all looked shocked, worried and perhaps this also effected their focus.

Should of played the whole second half against 10 men and Spurs created very little. Our ball retention in the 2nd half was abysmal after Sakho went off. The injuries are totting up again but we should get a few more points this season. Just hope we're not too drained on Saturday. Moss definitely gave Spurs the benefit of the doubt much of the time.

I went from being the happiest with the team for ages to misery when Sakho went off. That makes the end of season a little more tense.

I'm more concerned with Sakho's injury than a 1-0 loss to the form team in the league. The difference between Spurs and Arsenal/Liverpool is they defended far better and kept up their attack throughout. They also have far too many offensive weapons, with Kane, Alli, Son and Erikson. If Sakho is out, we are now down to only two CBs which given the way Big Sam likes to play is a huge problem. Once again, Palace is faced with adversity. So far, they have responded well. A win on Saturday will be absolutely huge.
Divorced...And LOVING it! |

Let's be honest...ia few days ago the thought of getting 3 points playing against Liverpool and Tottenham was unthinkable. The could not have worked any harder against one of the most physical teams I have seen for a while.

A more than decent performance from the boys against the form side with the best defence in the league.
