Not a lot else Pardew could do to be honest. Our attacking players were all having poor games and defensively Wetspam intensity in the first half meant we were all out keeping them out. The pluses for me are defensively we kept in the game and we made a few chances despite playing badly.
The game more or less hinged on the penalty miss but West Ham deserved the win for greater effort.

You're right about the lack of a plan b but I thought that bringing on Cabaye was one way of addressing that no?

I dont know what you do for a living, but seeing as you know so much about football, perhaps you should be our manager instead of AP.

We werent as bad as people are making out and were probably a bit unlucky not to score. West ham also seemed to have ironed out their problems. Not great but we just lacked a bit of panache and finish.

We did have a plan B. The problem was that plan B was also a crock of s***e.
