Bad news if Dann has a problem and whilst it is difficult for so many changes to gel it would seem that our depth is not great.
I don't mean to harp on (actually - yes I do) but Jedinak would have been ideal to step in not only on nights like these but as emergency cover at the back if needed - however - he has gone!
Dann was sick on Saturday so why play him tonight?
Sako sounds like he is the sack of **** that we know he is and the rest have not looked the part?
Is Flamini injured - he needs game time but appears to be still on the bench?
Hey ho - it's only the cup but it is a worry that our back up players can't do the business.

Now we are out, I'll root for the PL teams to stay in, give each other a hard game, and take everything to extra time.

Wasn't expecting much, and not too bothered were out. But really dissapointed at players like Lee, mutch, wickham who surely Wantvto impress and just didn't look interested. I think it's the worst I've seen wickham and Lee play. Actually thought fryers didn't do that bad, given a run he could be ok. We seem to have a better first 11 but the overall squad is still poor.

I'm a bit surprised no one mentioned Mutch. He was totally anonymous. Walking around and was only able to do backward or passes sideways. Does not look at all premier league standard.

We were bad but I didn't think much of Southampton either.

They probably didn't want to get injured otherwise they would have zero chance of even being on the bench for a PL game. Dann should never, ever have been played in this game, especially as he is our captain in the PL games. This position should have been deputised in this unimportant match.
