FACT!!

Be very careful.

It can be buried in the small print and their expectations for your travel insurance.

It’s not so in your face these days, that’s bad for marketing, and the expectations seem more to enable them to deny liability than to protect guests and crew. A friend of mine was on a cruise a few months ago which suffered an outbreak and he spend almost the entire trip in his cabin.

And referendums are part of that process. Started your campaign yet?

They are not part of our democracy. They have been used to supplement it, with disastrous consequences.

I am proud to be associated with my kind. Are you ashamed of yours? Is that why you feel insulted?

That they have been doesn’t mean they will again.

A referendum in the UK has no force in law. Law making is vested solely in our Parliament, and the ascent of the Monarch.

The original conversation with Wisbech was on whether the "covid vaccine was a classically defined vaccine.

I say it's not. coded information is sent to the cells via the jab. It then makes a copy of the spike protein etc. Normally a live virus is sent into the body and this triggers an immune response for traditional vaccines.

Now it's true to say that according to the drug companies; the material doesn't go to the nucleus. I'm personally not trusting that. That's what I was saying. However the government did make a grant to croda international of 15.9 million pounds. Stating that the covid jab was gene therapy. Wisbech said they didn't mean that. Even though it's on black and white. But whatever

You are correct that it is indeed not a 'classically defined vaccine', in other words, not the established method of delivery much like, say, the flu vaccine.

If you don't trust pharmas I don't blame you. One should always be incredibly critical and look beyond the usual sales guff. Alterior motives etc. Read Big Pharma by Ben Goldacre, for example.

However.

Ultimately there's nothing credible out there that I'm aware of to suggest that mRNA vaccines, or other mRNA treatments are gene altering or 'gene therapy'.

Taking an excerpt from Crodas own site, 'The scale of the opportunity in future mRNA and gene therapy applications is reflected in the market size which has grown rapidly since the onset of COVID-19.'

The key word there is 'and'.

One uses viral genetic material. Viral, not human. The other uses either a copy of a human gene or a GM version of one to attempt to successfully alter malfunctioning human genes. Big difference

In some ways it's the same as the blunderbuss approach of the flu vaccine but instead removing all of the virus apart from the bit that makes the body produce a defence. Seems like a good idea to me.

If it did change your DNA, the worlds largest ever live trial of vaccines, including Pfizers one, covering 100s of millions of injections, would have shown up some serious issues then, and now, and the lawsuits would be free flowing and ruinous on an unimaginable scale. I don't think that there's a very high probability that they'd backdoor something like this deliberately or otherwise, or be able to do so in secret for multiple, fairly obvious reasons.

At the time, as appears to be the case now, I think that most people heard 'RNA', immediately thought 'DNA' et voila.

Maybe better comms were needed, after all not everyone cares to read up on things in detail. Or maybe it wouldn't have made any difference. Probably the latter

Do you feel the same about those who don't get the flu jab?

Not aimed at me, but personally, yes.

Especially when in the workplace over winter and the usual suspects come in sniffling and slobbering all over the shop.

Their right to choose, but ultimately it's selfish.
