I think that Mathematical safety day will be on my Birthday at the latest. 8 May. If we win at spuds it will be 6 May.

With 3 games to play. Who would have thought that a few weeks ago!!!!

The irregular verb is 'have'. Oh the trivial, small-minded joys of correcting a lexical titan such as Willo

Aware that I'm writing this before Leicester v Everton tonight but I think Leicester will stay up - Barnes, Maddison, Vardy and Iheanacho can all get a goal, Tielemans can be class and their defence is alright on paper.

It feels incredible that at least one of Everton, Forest and Leeds is going to stay up.

I want Forest and Everton gone, purely to punish out of control spending, but Leeds look doomed.

26th January 2010 - Enter Administration
2nd May 2010 - D-Day 1 - Survival at Hillsborough
1st June 2010 - D-Day 2 - Survival at Lloyds
7th June 2010 - CPFC2010 exchange contracts.

Look at Leeds fixtures. I really can't see them getting any more points, because West Ham may turn up when they play them.

Mea culpa !

I attribute such a basic 'Faux Pas' to being distracted by a belligerent wife!
I am happy to be corrected and delighted that it brought you great joy !!

Far from being a 'Lexical titan', I believe many would conclude that my contributions on HOL amount to a word-salad of mind-numbing banality NOT rooted in sound judgement and common sense.

I would say I’m quite intelligent , but that paragraph has blown my mind and I have absolutely no idea what it means

“This is a crisis, a large crisis.... in fact if you have a moment, it’s a 12 storey crisis, magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24 hour portage , and an enormous sign on the roof saying “This , is a large crisis” - Edmund Blackadder

Some learned gentleman said to me that if you don't blow your own trumpet, someone else will use it as a spittoon !

Alas I am just in the dusk of life, carrying NO aura,no force field of energy surrounds me.One of life's modest trundlers.

They seem to have thrown the towel in , have lost the fans and have a have a club in turmoil from top to bottom . Not to mention they have just claimed the conceeded the most goals in a month record. They are lightweight and not up for the physical challenge of a relegation scrap

I think they will playing in the Championship next season

You and I are 'Birds on the same twig' on this matter.

Leeds remaining fixtures :

A - Man C
H - Newcastle
A - W.Ham
H - Tottenham

I believe I mentioned on HOL that had we appointed Javi Gracia until the end of the season, it would not have been well-received by our supporters!

Because west ham lost to us they may have to turn up V leeds.

before leeds they have man city, man utd, brentford away, who are still chasing europe. They may need something to confirm safety.
