Of course there will need to be proof of fraud but I am suggesting that there are enough grounds for strong suspicion.

Plenty of states declared early have still only counted 70, 80% , 90% of votes. It was just apparent which way they were going to go for either Dems or GOP so nobody focuses on them.

Of the swing states, some of them count postal votes concurrently, others after. In the latter case it would make sense that Biden would appear to close in. However the votes were all there anyway, and so we don't get to stop counting when our preferred candidate is leading. Trump's postal vote attack was always based on the fact that more dems would vote that way. It's not a genuine concern, just something that he convinces people to buy into as a fallback when things don't go his way. If you cast you mind back the election against Hillary was 'fixed' until he realised he'd won in which case it was suddenly a righteous verdict.

I actually think the result is a fair reading of the electorate. I don't see that the identity politics obsession of the nutty wing of the dems holds appeal for the average joe, so byebye blue wave. At the same time though, Trumps compulsive lying and routine lack of decency wears on people. His response to the coronavirus was the final straw in turning more against him personally (rather than against the GOP as a whole), further denting his popularity - though I do see the timing of it all as remarkably unlucky. There's no winning way to deal with something like this. Assuming he stays in good health and fends of the many legal troubles being President shielded him from, I can see him running again in 2024 as in Independent, which would certainly throw a spanner in the works.

It was always going to end this way. Losing with grace isn't really in his playbook. It does look rather desperate though to see him reeling off which states he won, as if he should just be handed another four years. His personality only works when he's calling the shots. When events overshadow him, his flawed character and conjured reality reveal him for what he is. I found myself feeling sorry for him.

In all seriousness, I would prefer for you to keep your car, house and most certainly your wife than to go all in with QANON stuff. It can lead people to worrying places [Link] [Link] and more likely, its a fanciful merging together of various conspiracies with Trump painted as the saviour. It's a ticked box to shore up some votes.

I have a rule that I only bet on Palace...and normally lose not through logic but misguided loyalty.
