Sorry for the late reply, i havent been able to contact steve today but think the way forward is to offer the people behind the goal a free season ticket to move immediately in other parts of the ground to accomodate the fanatics and make the whole lower holmesdale a singing section/safe standing eventually. those that do not want to move can just join in the singing or sit on their hands, but im sure lots would take up a free season ticket for the season and a better atmosphere, and it would only cost about one weeks wages of our lower/average paid players, i will try to contact steve again but do feel one gesture of good will from the fanatics might to be to dress in club colours as i always did at the cup finals!

Did I try your marriage ? I got enough 5hlt with mine, ta Mediation outcomes are not legally binding, but the process seeks resolution through consultation and negotiation. It's cheaper and quicker than using the legal process, but if agreement isn't reached, parties can still explore legal avenues at any point. As the initial spat is between the club and HF, then these parties need to sit down (for a fcking change, in the case of the HF ). All parties need to be reasonable and understanding in order to get resolution.

Personal 5hlt against other posters opinions, doesn't help anyone. First instance, needs to be sorted with CPFC and HF. KISS (keep it simple, stoopid) Then we take it from there

I'd rather lose one seat to a Holmesdale Fanatic than lose the entire atmosphere to the Holmesdale Finicky. "i've been booing from this sear since Nick Chatterton nearly had a nervous breakdown - And I'm not going to stop now."

Surely pointless without offering workable solutions?

‘There are other Palace blogs and sites that have run polls across social media over the last few days and overwhelmingly fans would give up their seat in the Holmesdale if it meant that the HF returned.’ How many? He also says he’s only been to Palace once. Now I’m all for this but this guy isn’t really in the centre or even periphery of this issue, so incidentally, how many have said they’d move and whose polls all over social media? I agree that Parish needs to step in and communicate but is this blog half factual?

Yes SP should contact those supporters who have tickets where the HF were and give them decent seats elsewhere. The HF can then go back to block B and carry on as before. If they don't accept then we'll all know that the only solution they will accept is their own way. I agree this is the only suggestion with any sense. Hopefully the HF would accept. If they want to move behind goal they need to wait until seats are available as existing people leave or wait for safe standing if it happens.

Why don't they have a sing off competition? The best seats are allocated on the strength of your singing voice. This will be judged on factors such as Chant Quality, Voice Projection and Durability.
