Check the Croydon Advertiser website. Otherwise the best description I could give it was totally enclosed structure a la Sunderland, Boro or Bolton. Cant seem to find Any mention of the “Noades Stadium” or an image anyware, again if anyone has a pic then I would be great full

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Stadium plans' by bexleydave It looks dated already doesn't it? I think the closest to compare it to is the Genoa/Sampdoria shared ground in Italy (Luigi Ferrara?) With corner towers a bit like the San Siro in Milan. It was pure fantasy by Noades and his architect though.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Stadium plans' by bexleydave Once again, great job Dorking. I don't remember the model so detailed with the San Siro type turrets. The one I remember was from 1989-90 and was plainer. Then again, it was 27 years ago and the old noggin ain't what it used to be.

Yes I think there might've been one that was more like me the old wembley but a bit more squared around the corners but maybe the one posted by dorking was the only one.
