Check the Croydon Advertiser website. Otherwise the best description I could give it was totally enclosed structure a la Sunderland, Boro or Bolton.

Cant seem to find Any mention of the “Noades Stadium” or an image anyware, again if anyone has a pic then I would be great full

Looks like a grid-iron pitch. Only for football?

It looks dated already doesn't it?

I think the closest to compare it to is the Genoa/Sampdoria shared ground in Italy (Luigi Ferrara?)

With corner towers a bit like the San Siro in Milan.

It was pure fantasy by Noades and his architect though.

Once again, great job Dorking. I don't remember the model so detailed with the San Siro type turrets. The one I remember was from 1989-90 and was plainer. Then again, it was 27 years ago and the old noggin ain't what it used to be.

I'm not sure if the land contours were considered or shown in the design. Looks to me like it would need a flat surface.

Yes I think there might've been one that was more like me the old wembley but a bit more squared around the corners but maybe the one posted by dorking was the only one.

Yep, the slope of Holmesdale Road is shown in the first photo.
